MS211 Introduction to Materials Science and Engineering

Course Description
This course is designed to provide undergraduate students with fundamental knowledge on materials science and engineering. The relationship between microstructure and properties, which is influenced kinetically by thermo-mechanical processing, will be discussed to understand how the relationship affects mechanical, chemical, electronic, magnetic, and optical properties of various materials.
